Welcome to Exambiz - Online booking service for exam invigilation

Since 1995, Exambiz has offered high quality examination invigilation (supervision) service for students studying through Open Universities Australia or Distance Education.  Exambiz is a private company and does not belong to OUA or to any university, although we work very closely with them.  Our venues are in: Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney (see venue information).  

 Please note:
  • All invigilation is conducted ONLY AT 6.00PM local time, Monday to Friday (with University approval).  See Exam commencement time for further details (refer to More . . . at left).
  • Exams must be BOOKED AND PAID on-line by the cut-off date (refer to More . . . at left). 
  • Exams that show 'CLOSED' on the bookings page, are NO LONGER AVAILABLE for booking.
  • You must be enrolled in a unit with your university in order to book the exam, and you must use the same name, address and ID numbers that you used to enroll.
  • To gain entry into an exam, you must have

        (1) a valid booking confirmation from us (this is sent to you by email when you confirm a booking. 

            You can also re-print this via the 'check my bookings' page)

        (2) your OUA ID card (if you have one), and

        (3) a photo ID (drivers license/passport)

Please also note that 

  • we cannot invigilate any exams at times other than 6.00pm (e.g. Unisa exams, Monash exams).
  • we cannot invigilate on-line exams requiring computer access.
  • we cannot invigilate oral or language exams requiring a tape recorder.
