Exambiz NO LONGER invigilates OUA exams including mid study period exams. Please refer to your own university or OUA exam services New user to the system? Follow these three steps: Step 1 - REGISTER YOUR DETAILS - see below before you register your email address Step 2 - ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT - you can't book an exam until you do this. THIS LINK CAN ONLY BE USED ONCE Step 3 - BOOK AND PAY FOR EXAMS - beware cut-off dates Read 'further registration information' below before you register and book an exam. Important Notice: about your email address - Your email address is case sensitive, so please type it accurately.
- We use the email address on your registration for ALL CONTACT regarding your bookings.
- Ensure you use an email address that you can access at any time (e.g. Can you access a work email address from home or while on leave?)
- Some email providers such as tpg, hotmail, and yahoo as well as some company servers may block our emails. Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not receive our emails or use a different email address when you register with us.
- We issue email warnings when a pending booking is about to be cancelled as the booking cutoff date approaches. Therefore, a regularly checked email address is very important.
Further registration information Step 1 - Register your details. - These details are important to identify you correctly with your university. Note: You must be enrolled in a unit in order to book the exam and you must use the same name, address and ID number you have used to enrol at your university. Once you register, our system will immediately send an email to the email address you nominate when you register. Make sure you check your emails at this address!!!
- If you do not receive this email, check your junk or spam folder - especially if you use a Hotmail address or are registering from a company site where software may reject emails from unknown sources.
- If you have other difficulties, try registering/logging on with a computer that uses a different server, as some servers (e.g. Govt, or company sites) prevent transactions with unknown parties.
Step 2 - Activate your account. - Once you have registered, you will receive an email from us with a link to click on. ONLY USE THIS LINK ONCE. This will take you straight to the bookings page. You cannot book an exam until the account has been activated. If you receive an error message, this may imply that you have activated the account already. Go straight to log-in. Note: If you do not activate your account within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel the registration.
Step 3 - Book and pay for exams. - The cut-off date is very important. The universities base their exam paper distribution on the confirmed bookings in our system on this date.
- If you book an exam and elect not to pay at the time, this is called a 'booking request' or 'pending booking'. You then need to ensure you pay by the cut-off date - see 'Booking and payment' on the home page. (Note: If you are sending payment through the post, you should allow at least 1 week for postage). Warning: Failure to complete payment by the cut-off date results in a system generated cancellation of the pending booking. Your University is not advised of a pending booking and will not send us an exam paper. You then cannot sit the exam with us.
- You can book and pay for any number of exams in one quarter at the one time.
- YOU NEED TO VIEW YOUR EMAILS - ANY WARNINGS ARE ADVISED BY EMAIL
You do not need to send us an invigilator's form if you book with us. However you may be required to complete an online nomination or forward a copy of your confirmed booking - check your University's requirements. Click [here] to register.
