PROBLEMS LOGGING ON?

Difficulty logging on?

1.    You may experience some difficulty receiving emails from us if you use a TPG or a HOTMAIL address.  Before contacting us, check your spam/junk folders.  You may need to change your email address (see change details at the very top or very bottom of the screen).  Also:

  • Check that 'java' is switched on and 'cookies' are enabled in your system.
  • If you are using wireless, this may cause your log-in to drop out.  We suggest you try another computer or another location.
  • Some sites (Govt, Company etc) may prevent you logging onto our system or receiving emails from us.  We suggest you try another computer from a different location. 

2.    Check that you have activated your account.  When you register, the system sends an email to the email  address you have nominated on the registration page.  Go to this and click on the long link.  This automatically activates your account and takes you to the exam unit booking page.  

Note: Only use the activation link ONCE.  Thereafter log in should be at www.exambiz.com.au

 

BOOKING DEADLINES

These dates are very strict.  NO LATE BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED.  See 'Exam booking deadlines and cut-off dates' on the home page.  If you make a booking request (pending booking), and elect not to pay at the time, note the following:

A booking request (pending booking):

  • is not confirmed until payment has been received by us.
  • will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received by the close of business, 10 calendar days prior to the exam.
  • is not advised to the University, so the University will not send us an exam paper.  Universities can only see confirmed bookings in our system.
 
HAS MY EXAM PAPER BEEN RECEIVED?

You can check your confirmed booking(s) to see if we have received your exam paper from the university.  Wait until about one week before the exam.  Just log on, go to 'check my booking', click on 'confirmed'.  A tick means we have your exam paper.  

 

AMEND MY DETAILS

To amend your registration details (e.g. address, email)  in the system go to 'Change details' at the very top or bottom of the screen.
