Cancelling a booking and seeking a refund If you are unable to sit an exam, you should contact your university. You should also cancel a pending or confirmed booking with Exambiz. Note that invigilation fees are not transferable to other exam bookings. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you may apply on-line for a refund of your payment (less $20 administration fee per exam), subject to the following: - A part refund will be made provided that you advise us yourself, by cancelling the exam booking on-line at least 48 hours prior to the exam.
- Exams booked in error, will also be liable for the $20 administration fee.
- No refund is available if you cancel within 48 hours of an exam commencement time.
How to apply - To cancel an exam booking and apply for a refund, first you need to log in to the system. Then go to 'Check my Bookings', and select the exam(s) you wish to cancel.
- If you paid by credit card, we will only refund the balance of your payment to the same credit card you used to book the exam.
- If you paid by money order or cheque, you will have an opportunity to complete a small on-line form which is submitted to us. The form will ask you for an Account Name, Account Number and BSB Number. After receipt of this advice, we will transfer the balance of your payment into your nominated savings or cheque account.
